Professor Anupam Chander spoke at a U.S. Chamber of Commerce conference on "Challenges to the Free Flow of Electronic Commercial Information: The Costs to American Business & Potential Solutions," held in Washington, D.C. on June 16.  Professor Chander participated in a panel discussion of "Best Practices and Potential Policy Solutions."  Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke delivered the keynote address.
